2) Business Development Manager
Work Description:
Business Development Manager will research and develop relations with company/clients, developing the business sectors across the national/international area. He will maintain existing relationships with partners to develop it and create new relationships with potential customers all over Italy and EMEA – USA - ASIA. He will provide advice and training to customers about the services offered, quality of service, pricing and management of marketing and promotional campaigns. He has to report the updates and has a good understanding of network dynamics at an international level.
Skills and experience we need:
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the field of sales management and must have held senior management or direct selling agents/sales network of high national or international level. Also required communicative skills, orientation to achieve excellent results and personal selling skills.
Besides interpersonal skills, public relations and leadership.
Accountability:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company.
Requirements:
Degree / Masters in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent.
Pro-active and work individually and /or as part of a team.
Good looking and excellent orally and in writing.
In-depth knowledge of the English language.
The availability to travel may be required.
